The Ben Holladay Society of Oregon

The Ben Holladay Society of Oregon celebrates Pacific Northwest transportation, city building and boosterism of 19th and early 20th centuries, and the high life and verve epitomized by its spiritual founder, Mr. Ben Holladay.

A fellowship of scholarly bonhomie, the BHSofO is a place to share insights, questions and works in progress by its members in good standing.

While recognizing that no man is a saint, the Society looks upon writings of the like of that man, Joseph Gaston, with skepticism.
