PATTERSON ENERGY PROPERTY As discussed in the December issue of the Floral Park Village Items, there is a proposal to develop homes on the former Patterson Energy Property. The Village of Floral Park Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed residential redevelopment of the former Patterson Energy Property located at 185 Magnolia Avenue. The hearing will be held on FEBRUARY 25, 2015 at 7:45 p.m. at the Village Hall Court Room. The hearing will address the application of Carriage Hill Developers, Inc. to subdivide the property into nine residential building lots. The subdivision application proposes incorporating the 10,500 square foot sliver of Village owned property along Cisney Avenue into the proposed residential lots. Carriage Hill Developers has made an offer to the Village to purchase this parcel from the Village for $120,000. The Floral Park Village Board intends to discuss this proposed sale of Village property at its next Village Board meeting on March 3, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. at Village Hall. All residents interested in this proposed project is encouraged to attend either or both of these meetings.
