100 Days of Exercise

You know the #100daysofhappiness challenge that people are taking up on Facebook and other places?

Well how about #100daysofexercise?????

Join the madness, and commit to do 30 consecutive minutes of exercise a day for the next 100 days.
It doesn't matter what exercise you do, it can be from 30 mins non stop walking, running, cycling, swimming, Zumba, Pilates, any exercise class you can think of, a weight session, rugby, golf, football, etc etc.
As long as it's 30 consecutive minutes for 100 consecutive days.

If started on 1st August, this challenge should take you to 8th November.
