Periodic weight loss challenges with fb members support ran by me, a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist and Registered Nurse. Challenges are various weeks long.
Weekly weigh ins at home and weekly postings of amount
of weight lost. We are here to help with motivation and hold each other
accountable. You choose your own diet and or exercise program and do it
from the comfort of your own home. Occasionally from time to time we may get
together and do some walking for those of you who are local. A fun and
competitve way to get fit and be healthy.
