I remember Sarasota when when Bee Ridge Rd was two lanes..........

As a Professional Baker I personally always investigate new ways of baking products. I do this to keep up with my learning of new items. In doing so I also read up on the facts involving health benefits and possible cause of health problems. As the creator of this page I will keep all of you informed about baked goods. Azodicarbonamide is a huge commonly used chemical within shelf top breads. (Shelf top- meaning the breads you find prepackaged in most grocery stores. Bunny Bread, Newmans Own, & Wonder Bread to name a few.) Breads like this contain as you all know for the most part chemicals that should be avoided. Azodicarbonamide is a chemical that has been banned throughout Europe for it's longterm consumption side effects. Small children and elderly adults are most effected by this, but that's not to say that the mid generation can't be. Longterm consumption can lead to asthma and other possibly worse respiratory problems. That is bullshit! Why would you put a chemical in a product that millions consume everyday. Why would America still use it knowing that 90% of Europe banned it's use? Two questions about this topic. What are your thoughts as to why America still uses such chemicals in products we consume each day? Why do we knowingly use/consume the product knowing the harm it can cause to the children/elderly of today? ~weba. 11:58AM. 8/8/13
