Food with Friends

Each of us are beginning or continuing on a journey of becoming the best version of ourselves. It gets rough to stick to it when you're continuously eating the same meals every week, but together we can keep things interesting and stay on track. We all have different nutritional needs because of particular programs we are on or because of allergies and such, so be friendly and courteous to one another about these things.
It's plain and simple. You can post as many recipes as you'd like. Or, you can just be a fly on the wall and take it all in. If you include nutritional information, that's rad. If not, that's okay too. I recommend using an online calorie tracker or myfitness pal if you are in search of something to help you track your own calories.
This is not a place to give nutritional advice, since we are not nutrition experts (well, I'm not anyway). And, let's not turn this into a my trainer vs. your trainer thing.
If you look at the top of the page you will see tabs (if you're on your phone just click the top where it says food with friends), and one of those tabs is labeled "files". If you click there you will see a variety of files that have already been started. You do not HAVE to post your recipes there, but if you do then it will be easier for you or other users to find them later. You can also type in the search box on the top right hand side of the page. You can search for a user, key word, recipe name etc.
Also, please do not advertise products on this page. I will delete anything that advertises for or against a product or establishment.
