RULES:
1. Keep in mind this is spread over several neighborhoods in our immediate area, transactions should be kept within these neighborhoods.
2. Drama is for somewhere else, you'll be warned once and after that I will make the call to temp ban or perm ban you.
3. Duplicates are not allowed. If you are continuing to submit duplicates you can be removed from the site.
4. If you have questions or concerns please contact me.
5. Business posts on Mondays ONLY (trying to keep with the other sites rules). Homemade items are limited to 1 post.
6. Bumping posts only every 12 hours
7. If you are hogging the wall you will be warned once then deleted. (sorry we have to be fair to everyone). A safe and fair number is 10 active posts.
8. A private message (PM) does not constitute placement in line. But asking a question should mean the same as the words "interested" or "in line".
9. No posts for anything NSFW (Playboys/Playgirls/adult novelties/etc) if you have a question, just ask me.
10. No replicas/fakes/inspired items.
11. Inspect your items before you buy, admin cannot be responsible because you didn't check an item, however If your items doesn't work please alert admin so that she/he can note this for future issues. Highly recommend when buying a used cellphone that you please meet at the providers location and have the phone checked. Could be under contract still or even in worse cases stolen.
12. Buyers must always meet prepared with exact change unless arranged with the seller.
13. Sellers must be honest about the condition of their items in the post, misleading a buyer is not ok.
14. This is not a "sell to whomever you want" site (so to speak). If you have something posted, you are asked to go in line by interest shown on the wall (not pm see rule #8). If you have given 12 hours and there is no sale you are welcome to move on to the next one in line. You may note *first come first serve/no holds* but be available to honor the quickness of the need to sell.
** I am a rescue person, I have no trouble with re-homing (for a fee), lost/found animals but ZERO breeders please. However, we will not allow for breeders on the page
