People With Disabilities’ Drivers Association of the Philippines, Inc. is a non stock, non profit organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The society in general sets a stigma that sees us as a threat to the safety and nuisance along public roads. We aim to promote the inherent rights of persons with disabilities to enhanced mobility specifically manning our own vehicles.
