Coconut oil is a great alternative to other vegetable oil products. It not only promotes your heart health, but also supports your immune system by providing your body with lauric acid, helps maintain a healthy metabolism by supporting the optimal functioning of your thyroid gland, provides your body with an immediate energy source, and helps keep your skin healthy and young.
