International Singer Songwriter Charlie Landsborough

Charlie Landsborough was born on 26th October 1941. He was reared in the docklands of Birkenhead. Before his succcess he was a well known songwriter. His songs were covered by high profile country artists such as George hamilton/ Foster and Allen/ Daniel O Donnell/ Dominic Kirwan and Roly Daniels. After playing in clubs and pubs for years Charlie become an overnight Sensation at the age of 53 in 1995 with his irish charts no 1 what colour is the wind. His success after that was to spread around the world to America and Australia. Charlie has won every country music award there is in the uk. He was inducted into the country music hall of fame in 2011 at the age of 70. He still goes on his major Spring and Autumn tours every year around the world. Aswell as touring Australia every two years.
