I started my weight loss journey with Take Shape For Life (TSFL) on August 28th, 2014. I lost 30 pounds in the first 2 months, and I'm still losing quickly! My goal is to lose 100 pounds in 1 year, the healthy way. Diet and Exercise. I have decided to become a health coach with the program! I created this blog so you can get an idea of what a typical day on the meal plan is. I will take pictures and post about my likes and dislikes. I will share what I order and the costs.
