Exercise Every Damn Day is a 30 day challenge to move your buns in a way that makes you feel good! The goal is to move your buns for a minimum of 20 minutes a day for 30 days. Moving everyday for 30 days becomes a habit, it makes you feel good, it makes you healthier, happier and makes you feel kick a**. You choose each day what your 20 mins will be based on whats available to you and how you are feeling- this is a great chance to get in touch with your body as well. Some days you might walk or do gentle yoga for 20 mins, other days you might go all out and have a hard core work out- it's all good!
