Pole Dance Stretching

Yesterday another really emotional and amazing thing has happened - first side split of Olivia !!! After she did it she said "So that is how it feels".
She worked several months to get herself into side split and she is naturally 6 out of 10, which means she is naturally quite flexible and she has already worked on her flexibility, yet for some reasons ( till now) she couldn't do full side split.
Do not expect that you will get yourself into side split if you are not naturally flexible in your hips and you have not worked on it. You and your body need time to get use to idea of stretching and then start pocess of stretching. It all takes many months if not years. So be patient with yourself and if you want to achieve your goal then you have to KEEP ON WORKING ON IT. ENJOY YOUR STRETCHING !!!
