Only a few simple rules:
1) YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO LIST AND/OR BUMP A MAXIMUM OF FIVE ITEMS A DAY. THIS MEANS YOU CAN LIST THREE ITEMS AND BUMP TWO OLD ONES, LIST FIVE NEW ONES, ETC. I will delete items if you don't follow.
2) If you are from a neighboring town, you MUST put in your listing willing to meet in Atco/Waterford or IT MAY BE DELETED.
3) If you "bump" an item, please wait until it has been up for 5 days.
4) If you bump an item 3 times and it doesn't sell, please remove for at least 3 months
5) No selling of personalized items, made-to-order items, homemade crafts, etc.
6) Only Atco/Waterford yard sales can be advertised here.
7) Please remove your item after a transaction has been completed.
If you do not follow these simple rules, you may be removed from the group. Thanks and happy selling!
