6 weeks 6 rules Holiday Weight Loss Challenge

1. No Sugar- Natural sugar found in food is ok (Fruits Limit 2 per day)

2. No Alcohol

3. Exercise at least 1 hour per day (This does not include walking. Must be moderate to high intensity)

4. Eat small portions every 2-3 hours. (This will help to increase your metabolism and maintain your blood sugar levels)

5. Participate in classes that offer Strength Training and Cardio (Take a look at the online schedule and class description) www.dsfitnessstudio.com

6. Consume at least 8 glasses of water a day
