Everyone is invited to a free local "running" group I lead on Saturdays 8am at the HMSHS track called Rise & Grind. We start out with a little dynamic stretching, do 5 miles of wogging (speed walking w/short running intervals) around the track & finish with some static stretching. Everyone goes at their own pace, some just walk the whole time. You'll be done by 9am. Let's burn some calories together!
