14 day Water/exercise challenge

14 days-water intake half your body weight in ounces/30 minute exercise daily of your choice. The purpose of this group is to get you use to consuming the proper amount of water for your body to function at its highest level, exercise daily to reduce weight or maintain. Your body physically needs water to function properly if we are dehydrated our bodies will get fluids from our foods which usually results in more fat intake. Exercising daily is something we all need to make a habit as it truly is essential to a healthy lifestyle. It can be just walking, just move!!!
