Running Training Group and Professional Services consultancy operating from The Running Centre (TRC) at 1273 Hay Street, West Perth P: 08 93242707 and Western Sports Medicine Suite 42/Level 1 Cottesloe Central, 460 Stirling Highway, Peppermint Grove.

Weekly Casual Training Schedule (as at April 1st, 2014):

Monday:
* 5.30pm TRC, Threshold Intervals

Tuesday:
* 6.00am Sorrento SLSC, Threshold Run Intervals.
* 6.00am Deep Water Point Café, Threshold Intervals
* 5.45am The Running Centre, Bike Intervals Session (Regular-Advanced multi-sport athletes)
* 5.30pm WA Athletics Centre, Track Intervals (September-May)

Wednesday
* 5.30pm The Running Centre, Community Run (No charge)

Thursday

* 6.15am The Running Centre, Speed Intervals
* 5.30pm TRC, Speed Intervals

Saturday
Training Courses Only

Locations:

The Running Centre (TRC)- 1273 Hay Street, West Perth
WA Athletics Centre – Adjacent to Challenge Stadium, Mt Claremont

Prices:

Run Intervals- Casuals $10 cash payable to coach at session
Bike Intervals- Casuals $10 cash payable to coach at session
