Let's get ready for NEW YEARS and SURVIVE the tempting Holiday treats! We are in this TOGETHER and WE are not gaining the average 7-10 points that most people gain between Thanksgiving and Christmas! RIGHT?! Who's with me?

This group is 21 Day's long, with Mon and Tues being PRE SEASON, where we take before photos and measurements, along with writing out our goals and planning our meals for the 21 Days. Most of you are doing the 21 Day Fix or the 21 Day Ultimate Reset! But if you are doing a longer program, you will just take a break for Christmas and continue on into my January Challenge Group!!

We will officially begin our programs and workouts on WEDNESDAY taking us right up to Christmas. Then you are free to have a little well deserved cheat over the Holiday ;)
