Pir Sardar Mohammad Rafiq Khan Qadri,Qalandri,Chistie,Sarwari,Awaisi was born in 1932 and one year before his birth his father Sardar Sajawal Khan met HAZRAT SHAIKH ABDUL QADIR GILLANI ALIAS GHAUS PAK RA in his dream who told him that after that "Sajawal Khan after one year you will be blessed with a son who is my son and he will bring good name for you in religion and worldly affairs"and right after one year pir sardar m rafiq was born.he was different from his childhood and always stood first in his classes and at the same time always used to be regular in his prayers specialy tahajud.in 1952 he joined PAKISTAN ARMY but kept himself busy in his spiritual prayers also during night he used to be busy in his ibadat prayer and at day he always used to be on duty.he had special blessings of ALMIGHTY ALLAH N HIS PROPHET MOHAMMAD SAW.he had a god gifted quality of healing hand and people from different diseases used to come to him and they were always cured at the same time he had god gifted quality that what ever he predicted it came true.he had predicted about rise and fall of zulfiqar ali bhutto in 1965 and himself told these things to mr bhutto which later on proved to be true till bhutto.s end.
He had predicted so many things to important and ordinary people and they were proved true they include Ms Ann Dunham mother of president Barack Obama who used to visit pir sardar rafiq during her stay in pakistan in early 80s once she was doing some job here,at that time Pir Rafiq told her about bright political future of Mr Barack Obama, Pm Z,A, Bhutto,ch zahur elahi,Gen iqbal,Gen Musharraf(student of my father in PMA),Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto,Sh Zaid Bin Sultan Alnahyan who beacme personal friend of pir sahib etc n many others but he always used to keep a low profile and kept himself busy in helping people and social work secretly.he used to say "that on day of judgement ALMIGHTY ALLAH will ask me that what have you done for my mankind" and he always used to advice his offsprings and deciples to lookafter human beings and spread love for eachother and respect humanity and human values we are no one to decide that who is right and who is wrong it is ALLAH who will decide this on day of judgement so we should not fight amongst ourselves but should lookafter eachother.he was a true human being who preached us that first we are human beings then muslims ,hindus,christians etc and nationals so we must respect eachother and spread love and harmony regardless of caste creed color n nationality.people from all the religions muslims,sikhs,hindus,christians used to come to him in his life and even now visit his shrine.
He died on 2 aug 2004 and he had informed his close deciples and relatives fifteen days in advance about his death and he had arranged a ziarat of "MUAY MUBARIK (HAIR) OF HOLY PROPHET MOHAMMAD SAW" at his residence and shrine for two weeks and after few days he passedaway.
He is buried beside spritual saint HAZRAT BABA SAKHI SHAHEED RA in chaklala rawalpindi pakistan infront of benazir shaheed international airport.
His death anniversary celebrations for three days are observed in first week of august every year in which many important national and international personalities,religious political personalities and thousands of deciples visit where they are given free food for these days and special lecture of religious scholars on topic " TRUE MEANING OF ISLAM IS LOVE PEACE AND BROTHERHOOD " is arranged and on last day qawali of rahat nusrat fateh ali khan or his causins rizwan moazam qawal is arranged and free umra ticked was also given since last two years through balloting.
His sajjada nashin PIR SARDAR RAZA MOHIUDDIN KHAN who has been blessed with all qualities of his father offers a final dua in which he stresses about peace and love for humanity and harmony amongst all the human beings.
His sajjada nashin who is his youngest son is Pir Sardar Raza Mohiuddin Khan who is not only a student but looks after all the affairs of his shrine and deciples(mureedains and mashallah he has also been blessed with special qualities by ALLAH)and daily people from different walks of life vist him.
PIR SARDAR MOHAMMAD RAFIQ KHAN was a well known figure in pakistan and had a close affiliation with SH ZAYED BIN SULTAN ALNAHYAN,AND KING FAISAL BIN ABDULAZIZ OF KSA and almost all important personalities of pakistan religious,political,social,army and civil were known to him e.g mr Z,A,Bhutto,Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto shaheed,Nawab Akbar Bugti,Jam Ghulam Qadir of Lasbela X CM Balochistan,Sardar Doda Khan Zehri,Mir Ghaus Buksh Bizenjo,Qazi Abdul Majid Abid,Pir Sahib Pagara,Syed Alamdar Gillani,Makhdum Sajjad Hussain quraishi,Nawab sadiq quraishi,Makhdum Talib ul Maula,Khan Abdul wali khan, justice Sardar Iqbal,khawaja Safdar,colonel Abid Husain Abid,Pir Meeran Sain Rani Pur, Ch Zahur Elahi,Ghulam Mustafa Jatoi,Nawab Raisani,Sardar Ghulam Mohammad Mahar,Ghaus Buksh Mahar,Sardar Abdul Qayum khan of ajk,Mehmud khan Achakzai,Mir Taj Mohammad Jamali,Sardar Mohammad Ibrahim khan ajk,Pir Sahib Choora Sharif,Pir Syed Tahir Allauddin Algillani,Pir Syed Ahmed Zafar caretaker shrine HAZRAT SHAIKH ABDUL QADIR GILLANI of iraq,Nawab Niaz Ahmed Gurmani,Malik Allahyar khan of kalabagh,Malik Amir Mohammad khan,Malik Asad khan kalabagh,Nawab Mamdot,mr Daultana,justice Mian Nazir Akhtar,Syed Abdullah shah x cm sind,Gen Sahibzada Yaqub Ali khan,Gen Akhtar Abdul Rehman kan,major Sharif(father of maj shabbir sharif shaheed nishan i haider who was student of pir sahib and on his passingout parade pir sahib told maj sharif that this son of yours will bring good name for you and country and will be a hero of nation ) mr Saifullah khan (father of salim,anwar,saifullah etc)Aslam Khan Khattak, ex President of Pakistan Ghulam Ishaq khan,ex President of pakistan Farooq khan Leghari,professar Taseer father of salman taseer,Pir Syed Zain ud Din ALGillani of quetta,Rana Phool Mohammad khan,they all were his personal friends.
now his son and caretaker sajjada nashin of tomb Pir Sardar Raza Mohiuddin Khan is looking after all the affairs of his followers and tomb shrine.and things which he predicted were always true with the grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH beside others few important predictions are

B.ouster of prime minister jamali was predicted about one year in advance
C.death of king Fahad Bin abdulaziz about 8 months in advance
D.shahadat of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was predicted about 2 months in advance and many others which always came true
