This Group is about Kombucha; brewing, flavors, teas used, Herbs used and anything from the non-existing "silly question" to the deeper technical questions of seasoned brewer. No question is a "silly question".

Postings and discussions about all other fermentations are also welcome. Feel free to ask about and talk about Lacto-fermentation, Sauerkraut, Milk Kefir, Water kefir, Beet Kvass, etc.

All are welcome to join, and No One Will be turned away. We respect the right to each persons private identity, so we are a closed group. Intense argument will be the only way out , well, at least by me. So lets not do arguing here, please!
