Yoga For Cyclists
Two great classes geared toward opening and aligning the areas of the body used most in cycling.
Saturday, September 20 at 1:30pm - Create freedom and strength in the neck, upper back, shoulders and wrists.
Sunday, September 21 at 1:30pm - Build healthy low back, hips and legs.
