Based on the last two posts in this group I just wanted to put out an announcement. We have made a lot of technical changes on our site. This is one of the reasons why it was down for a few days last weekend. Ultimately our store host is unable to accomodate the many international addresses that email us and identifies most of them as spam. In the future we are working on syncing our email addresses with google, since their servers have been voted most reliable, but in the meantime, we are going old school. As of now the contact forms on our website direct straight to our email address and anyone who places new orders and contacts us either through the message form in the customer portal or the contact form will have their message land in our gmail inbox, and for those of you who have outstanding orders from before, or need a general point of contact, you can just email us at [email protected] I hate having to go retro with our method of communication, but this seems to be the most reliable, and the best way to better our customer service communications, and that's ultimately the most important part.
