The More Beautiful World

This is a FB group that exists to facilitate the exchange of ideas around Charles Eisenstein's philosophy of a New Story: gift economics, collaboration, alternative currencies, permaculture, and other "technologies of reunion"; social & personal transition stories, non-dual spirituality, metaphysics, new & old narratives, etc. This is also a place to find like-minded people in your area.

*Please, only post things here that that you feel are relevant to Charles' philosophy and that are introduced by you as to why they are relevant. If people post things with no introduction, they will be removed by the admins without warning. If people post things that are in direct opposition to Charles' philosophy, those too will be removed without warning.
* Self-promoting posts are fine, as long as they relate to the topic and follow the guideline above.
* Repetitive posts and spam will be removed and, after a warning, the poster banned.
* All members should remind gently anyone they see not adhering to these guidelines.

Please be mindful that most everyone here will be walking the path of the "The New Story" in their own particular way. If we had rules here, they would be: Post and comment with appropriate and related content; Be patient with one another with your words here, respect each others' different ways of knowing and being; enjoy questioning and debate but don't make it a blood sport; recognize each others' gifts wherever you can.

Consider "The Four Agreements" as you post and interact in this group: (all credit to Don Miguel Ruiz.)

1. Be Impeccable with your Word:
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Use the power of your Word in the direction of truth and love.
2. Don’t Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream.
3. Don’t Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama.
4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick.
