Arts & Healing Network

This is an online community forum for Healing Artists and Organizations that use art as a healing force in the world, originally created by The Arts & Healing Network (http://artheals.org/). Please feel free to share HEALING ART-related posts in this space. We focus on art making and creativity, not on physical "healing arts" like yoga and body work. If your physical healing art has an art component, please feel free to share, but make the art component clear in your post. If your post does not include some kind of creative art making, it will be deleted and if you continue to post non-art-related posts, you will be removed from the group.

This is first and foremost, a DISCUSSION group. You are welcome to share links to online shops like Etsy, but please make sure you address how your artwork is healing and please keep your sales posts to no more than once a week.

Also, please note that posts on this page are vetted to make sure they are art & healing-related, but the process does not go beyond that, so when signing up for classes or services found on this page, proceed at your own risk. It's always wise to do your own research. If you feel someone is abusing this space, please send a message to Tristy at [email protected] (or click the button "message Admin").

Also, please make sure any Facebook links you share in this group are set to "Public" otherwise those in the group who aren't your Friends can't see it. Thanks for joining us!

Don't forget to "like" our organizational page at https://www.facebook.com/Arts.Healing.Network. There you will find even more resources and updates about inspiring Healing Arts projects happening in the world.

The Arts & Healing Network (http://artheals.org/) is an on-line resource celebrating the connection between art and healing. Our web site serves as an international resource for anyone interested in the healing potential of art, especially environmentalists, social activists, artists, art professionals, health care practitioners, and those challenged by illness.
