2. Purpose of Our Group.
It is open to all the generals, who are currently in and out of the city, and even to people who have visited Gensan, planning to visit, or just interested about the place and the people. Let’s make this a clear picture of the intended use of our group, and the types of content we plan to share and what other members can expect from us help eliminate some problems up front.

3. Contact Information
You can post to the group by sending an email to [email protected] For more information or inquiries, contact the group admins.

4. Look Out for Each Other.
Members who feel a sense of camaraderie and find genuine value in what we share in our group will want to protect it. Should a repeat offender threaten the well-being of the connection point between the members and the group, they should be willing to help us police it by bringing problematic posts to the admins’ attention.

5. Removing Posts.
When certain types of content need to be removed, we will be clear about what that means, right from the beginning. Hopefully, we’ll be able to personally handle any escalating situation privately, should it arise. Let’s remember, our group is a public domain, so posts here, at some point, aren’t guarded by the same posting privacy we’re used to on our personal profile pages. The admins determine what type of content is appropriate for the group and the audience.

We understand that not everyone is going to play nice, so we’re prepared for situations where members get out of hand. Sometimes negative comments may not be meant to cause harm, but simply to raise issues about something, cirsumstance, etc. With this, other members are likely to complain. The admins will do all the best to take the opportunity to address the problem and answer questions rather than just removing the negative discussion about frustrations. We will try to treat complaints as customer service opportunities first and house rules violations second.
