This is a group that will be specifically geared towards getting healthy after baby! please no Drama no Bashing.

Menu Monday: We post your menu for the week or day or even ask questions about meal planning.
Truthful Tuesday: is a whine and complain day.
Weigh in Wednesday: we take a pic of ourselves in the scale.
Thirsty Thursday: we post smoothie recipes we love.
Fitness Friday: we share an activity we did for 30 minutes.
Secret Saturday: we allow ourselves on meal we LOVE in moderation and take a picture of it and share it for our secret group
Spiritual Sunday we flood this page with motivational and spiritual posts!!! have fun!!!
