Our Weight Loss Journey

My Not-A-Grain Bars are a great quick breakfast or after school snack bar! They are grain free, dairy free, refined sugar free bars, without all of the artificial ingredients that the packaged ones have. Check out the video in the post as well! ¾ cup blanched almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
2 tsp finely ground flaxseed + 1 tbs for dusting
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups blueberry preserves (or other fruit preserves)
