Administrators have no control over the sales or for any issues which may arise through any sales on this group. We take no responsibility for items that are posted for sale, nor take responsibility for any dealing that members have in conjunction with this group. We admin the group on a procedural basis and while we try and ensure that all items are within legal guidelines, the responsibility will be put back on the person which uploads/posts the item for sale.

1.NO PETS are to be sold or given away.
2. When listing item for sale, you must use your own photo. 1- Copywrite Issues 2 - We know the item is in your possession. If a stock photo is used, it will be deleted.
3. All posts must have a starting price.
4. Please mark your item "sold" or delete your item once it has been "sold"
5. This is NOT a site to promote business, sell items from your business or sell handmade items. You must have it approved by one of the ADMINS and post stating which one gave you the okay to advertise.
6. If you have more than 3 items to sell than you must create an album or post multiple photos in one posting if uploaded from mobile.
7. If you have posted an item on more than one swap, post that the item is CROSS POSTED.
8. No foul language or name calling or you will IMMEDIATELY be banned
9. We reserve the right to delete any post or remove you at any time; you may or may not be warned in a PM before doing so.
10. You may only BUMP (Bring Up My Post) ONCE a day.
11. Tagging for a friend does NOT constitute a first in line status! BUT a SELLER tagging another person DOES make that person the first in line. First person to comment or write "interested" or ask a question is first after that. Sending a PM to the seller does not count for a place in line.
12. You will be removed without warning for NO SHOWS.
13. If you are not in the Northdale/Carrollwood Area, you MUST disclose your location and agree to meet in Northdale/Carrollwood or agreed upon location when buying or selling.
14. Cell phones sold on the swap must not be locked to an icloud account or password protected. Factory reset only
15. You may not sell formula checks or free samples. Trade or give away only.
