Wellbeing in the Blue Mountains

Wellbeing in the Blue Mountains is a not for profit community gr...oup designed to discuss and share health topics within our community.

We welcome everyone interested in their health and wellbeing, including natural health practitioners, to our morning teas and facebook group. Direct advertising of practitioner business lies outside the scope of our groups intention. Likewise our Facebook community is not a forum to advertise practitioners’ businesses.

We encourage members to share events and workshops with our community, covering aspects of music, art, mindfulness practices, retreats, and other specific activities our community would benefit from knowing about to support a holistic life.

At our open informal discussions and in the Facebook community we share experiences new ideas and tools, or remind ourselves of old favourites, we can use at home to improve our health and wellbeing.

At our sessions we have created specific toolkits for the community to try out different techniques to enhance their wellbeing.

Our aim is to help you build your toolkit of approaches/skills/understanding/ therapies that works for you (after all we are all individual one size doesn't fit all).

It is also a great opportunity to meet us and others in our community and learn about the different techniques and approaches that can be used in holistic health.

Our morning teas are hosted by local holistic health professionals, Celeste, Jenny and Lyn.

Jenny Chadwick Dip. H.Sci (Holistic Kinesiology) is a Behavioural Kinesiologist

Lyn Midgley Adv Dip Remedial Massage, Dip Clinical Aromatherapy, Journey Practitioner - is an Aromatherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist and The Journey Practitioner

Celeste Salter, PhD, BE, PDHom(UK), MAHA, ARoH, ATMS - is a Classical Homoeopath

We have many years of experience in holistic health and wellbeing. We hope to see you at one of our sessions.
