South Barwon U16's rules:
1). Give away 50 come off straight away,
2). Late to training without letting coach know, 2x400m,
3). Yellow or red card, 20 minutes with Scotty,
4). Not showing up at all without telling a coach 2x400m
And
5). Not wearing something south barwon to a game after round 4, leadership group picks something to wear.
