This eclectic spirited group meets every Tuesday/Thursday at 6PM and every Saturday at 9AM for a 75 minute class on the sand at 22nd Ave in IRB. We have a pot luck dinner after class once a month. This is a group of outgoing inclusive people who have a love for yoga.
