A Splash Pad for Portage's North End
I have created this group as a place for people to show their support in getting a splash pad in Portage La Prairie's North End. The idea of a Splash Pad was recently squashed by some City Council members. There are strength in numbers, and I believe that if we can get enough supporters, Council will be forced to look at this issue again.
