SME Business Development Training Program under the Component 3, Access to Credit, of the Advancing Philippine Competitiveness (or COMPETE) project, funded by the US Government through USAID and implemented by The Asia Foundation provides technical assistance to enhance SMEs’ access to credit, and the Credit Information Corporation to operationalize the credit information system.
