The “Arberesh of Sacramento” Club was formed in 1990, as an off - shoot of the annual “T’ARBERESH” picnic established in early 1970, founded by Carl Zazzetti, Paul Plesha and the late Joe Barbato. We strive to keep our culture alive, share with each other our knowledge, our stories and experiences.
