This group is for participants and supporters of the Houston-Chiba Scout Exchange program. This program has been taking place between Sam Houston Area Council (Houston, Texas USA) and Chiba Council (Chiba, Japan) for decades. This year, 2014, marks the 30th anniversary of the first exchange in 1984.
