I was foolish enough to trust peter thubron's solicitors in my attempt to try and get an investigation into the corruption involved with the gillbridge conspiracy case involving the Gillbridge police, the professional standards department and chief constables office northumbria police, The CPS paul simpson, kerry bell and nicola reasbeck, and also involving court staff Brian Waine, Robert Martin, and Sheila Proudlock.
I trusted Jason Smith as my solicitor but he was saying one thing to my face while doing and recording another. The thing was that i was recording everything he was saying to me, so when he realised that i had recorded what he said and could therefore contradict what he had been recording in his attendance notes they all suddenly vanished from the file.
During the course of the case
JASON SMITH CONSTANTLY LIED TO ME THROUGHOUT THE CASE
Jason Smith stated that he would have the video cctv evidence transferred to digital - smith was recorded saying it was being sent away, then recorded saying it had been sent away, and was recorded saying it was back and i could collect it. i collected the video and there was no digital transfer. i checked the file on 17 January 2012 and there was no documentation relating to this whatsoever.
After finding that a conviction had been left on my record erroneously for something i ahd been cleared but had been on record for six years Jason Smith told me he would write to have the conviction removed from my record. I recorded him saying he would write to have it removed and i recorded him saying he had written to them. i checked the file on 17 january 2012 and found that no such letter existed in the file. I checked with HMCS and Northumbria Police to find that no such letter had been received.
DOCUMENTS REMOVED FROM THE FILE
I attended Thubron solicitors in john street on 17 January 2012 to view the file, at the time there was no ongoing case and i had complaints outstanding against Joanne Gatens. When I arrived i overheard the receptionist say they were waiting for joanne gatens getting back from court with MY FILE. i immediately knew that the only reason she would have been given my file that day would be to remove any compromising documents before i could get the chance to see them.
During checking the file on 17 january 2012 there were documents found to be missing from the file.. including 12 attendance notes,

TWO SETS OF NOTES WERE TAKEN BY PETER HAMILL AT THE DIRECTION OF JASON SMITH..
on 20 october 2012 during my appointment with Joanne Gatens - after trying to talk me out of speaking with joanne gatens on the 20 october 12 Jason had stated on 18 October 2011 that if i was going to go ahead with my appointment with gatens on 20th he would have to have someone present to record what is said (which was video recorded). During my attendance on 20th (which was also recorded on video which appears in the group) i questioned gatens with peter hamill present and taking notes. When i asked to see those notes i was informed that there were no notes from that attendance, they had indeed been removed and destroyed. Dave Malone claims Peter Hamill was there working on something else, despite Jason stating he would specifically be there to take notes as stated by jason on 18th october 2011 (the video appears in the group)..
and 8 November 2012 i had attended trinity chambers for an appointment with barrister Joan Smith (probably related to jason as is mark smith) peter hamill was present and again was taking notes right in front of me, again i recorded the appointment and wanted to check the contents of the notes against my recording but when i asked for the notes i was told that they didn't exist. They too had been removed from the file and destroyed.
Jason Smith and Joanne Gatens along with peter hamill had been recording that there were mental health issues by documenting during my attendances that my behaviour while dealing with them reflected this, this was so the file would reflect that mental health issues were responsible when it wasn't (which is why no mental health issues were ever raised in the court), it is corruption and its protection by the police cps and courts involving a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice that goes right up to the chief constables office of northumbria police. what went wrong for jason smith in his manipulation of the file and the case was that they found out i had recorded the appointments so could therefore prove absolutely and factually every word said and by whom and in what tone so all false references of my behaviour would have been openly exposed, and when i asked for copies they couldn't show me documents with false references to my behaviour because they would reveal what they had been doing behind my back and so..... they all vanished. every note, every attendance, the lot.
why was joanne gatens given my file to take to court with her on 17 January 2012? there was no case, it was retrieved that day for chris wilson so how did it end up in the possession of gatens.. of course it was given to her. why? why do you think, how many missing attendance notes, handwritten notes by hamill.. everything must have had something on i couldnt see or they couldn't admit because it meant getting rid of every document relating to my attendance at their offices including what was covered and what actions were taken or to be taken. nothing recorded. Not even while i questioned gatens, not even when Smith vocally initiated internal investigation against Gatens to pacify me (even though Jason no intention to conduct any such investigation and was merely a superficial facade) - (well why not he's the boss, smith can tell me i've initiated these proceedings, and literally not do anything) i contacted dave malone months later to ask who the hell was investigating my complaints and what was happening and until then it was forgotten. They found out i had recorded jason saying it and the charade begun with dave malone even contradicting what gatens had stated herself to protect her.
What was dave malone going to do anyway, when conducting my complaints neither jason smith or dave malone had told me exactly what jasons role at thubrons was.
I found out that Jason Smith is the senior director of thubron's (DJMS). jason smith started DJMS (which owns Thubrons and CKM solicitors) and owns 38%, Mark Smith (Jason smiths brother) owns 30%, and Dave Malone owns 30%. Noone told me that Jason Smith owns more of the company than dave malone and this was the guy investigating jason. peter hamill had been following the file for jason smith once it was passed to malone which happened in october 2011. Jason Smith was behind it all controlling everything at all times.
When i trusted Jason Smith to conduct my case i may as well have let a viper into my camp, he did everything to secretly undermine everything i was trying to achieve while pacifying me with lies while recording notes to discredit my defence and reasons for the offence wrongfully portraying it as mental health issues when that was not true.
