The Browns coaching staff, offices, and owners need to wise up and fix this problem they have created. If you can't notice the obvious and fix the glaring holes you are creating, then just walk away, and give the team to somebody that is moderately competent. Of course the players are playing, but the administration is giving them nothing to work with.
