For those of you who know Jaden was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate and has gone through several surgeries from birth. My brother and my dad have been mentioning making a fan club page for little man because everywhere we go somebody knows him so here it is for everyone who has met mine and my husband's son or has followed his story since he was born.
