Petition to allow a "first Shot" rule on Navarre pier.
The rules are simple:
1. You are allowed to express any opinion that you would like regarding "first shot", but it has to be constructive.
2. No putting people down for what they feel is right. This group was created to make the Navarre Pier a better place
