Adding bike lanes to Rosemary Street would greatly improve the bikeability of downtown Chapel Hill (obviously), they would increase commercial traffic to businesses on Franklin and Rosemary Streets, and they would only require the removal of 13 on-street parking spaces (and a few cans of paint, of course).
