NO PST HIKE - Tell the Manitoba NDP you still believe in democracy

Let's tell the Manitoba NDP that it's not okay to treat the law like a plaything. PUT IT TO A VOTE. Let's also send a signal to MLAs that if they support changes to the fiscal accountability laws, they will not be re-elected.
