This page is meant to serve as a virtual yard sale for people living in the South Bay area. If you do not live in the 310, you may still post here but MUST be willing to travel to the 310 area or meet a mutual location.
Here are the rules of the page, if they are not followed members will be removed WITHOUT notification!
1) Please place all items for sale in a photo album with a brief description, price & location. There is an 8 limit post/BUMP per day unless you have an album you can add as many pictures as you want to that album. All items without descriptions will be removed. All "ISO" post will be deleted after 7 days.
2) PLEASE COMMENT "INTERESTED" ON ACTUAL ITEM PICTURE RATHER THAN THE ALBUM, it becomes very confusing when there are multiple interested buyers! QUESTIONS DO NOT COUNT AS INTERESTED. If a member posts "POSSIBLY/MAYBE INTERESTED" & you have others waiting but haven't heard back from the first person then post a comment asking if they are interested & if you don't hear back in 4 hours then move on to the next person! EDITING YOUR COMMENT TO MAKE YOU FIRST WILL NOT BE ALLOWED!
3) When it comes time to buy/sell an item, please private message the person to make arrangements for pick up. Do not post your private contact information on this page, for your own protection. PLEASE follow the order of interested parties, it's not fair to skip over someone because someone else can come sooner or offer a better price. THIS IS NOT EBAY, ANYONE MAKING BIDS ON ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED! Also, out of courtesy please wait at least 12 hours before moving onto the next person as some people work & can't be on the computer to respond right away. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE SELLING AN ITEM & HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE INTERESTED IN THAT ITEM & THE FIRST PERSON IN LINE DOESN'T MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU WITHIN 8 HOURS REGARDING PICK UP TIME OR CONTINUALLY CHANGES THE PICKUP TIME YOU ARE FREE TO MOVE ONTO THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE.***
4) Please do NOT hijack someone else post. If you are selling the same item as someone else then post it, do NOT use that person's post to advertise your item.
5) Do not make arrangements to purchase an item and then not show up. If an emergency arises you should take the first opportunity to alert the other member. If you pull a "no show" you will be removed from the group. NO SHOWS SHOULD BE REPORTED!!!
6) Please remove SOLD items immediately!
7) NO PERSONAL ATTACKS/VENTS TOWARDS OTHER MEMBERS!
