The purpose of One By One Animal Advocates of Licking County is to help animals in our local animal shelters, as well as those in the community, find homes or rescues, and to reduce the rate of euthanasia due to overpopulation or bully breed laws. We also promote and encourage spay/neuter, and the transformation of shelters from high-kill to no-kill.
