This is open group for all the hoopers in or surrounding area of east palestine ohio. We hoop at the park. 5pm on mon-fri and 3 or 4 pm on weekends. So spread the word to everybody if you can. Find me on twitter mrrobertpalmer or on here and we'll set it up.
