A place on Facebook to sell and trade guns and accessories for guns. Members must be of legal age, please check ID and use a Bill of Sale. Please DO NOT join if you are not a local dealer, or do not live within a reasonable distance from the area.
Pellet rifles and archery equipment are permitted.
**Compliance with Facebook Terms Regarding Regulated Items (Firearms)
1. You must be at least 18 years of age to access this page, as firearms are bought, sold, and traded here. If an administrator has reasonable cause to believe you are under 18 years of age, you will be removed from the group immediately. We apologize to those under 18 who enjoy the outdoors and are looking for other gear.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age to buy, sell, or trade HANDGUNS, in accordance with federal law. Anyone found in violation of this law will be removed from the group immediately.
3. If you knowingly sell, or attempt to sell firearms to underage individuals, you will be removed from the group immediately, and the proper authorities will be notified.
3a. It is advisable that you do not sell firearms to, or buy firearms from anyone you deem questionable. Protect yourself! FFL dealers will perform a background check and complete a transfer of a firearm for a small fee, usually around $20. At a bare minimum, it is advisable to check the individual's photo identification at the time of the transaction, and to complete a bill of sale (you can find one in the "Files" tab).
4. Anyone found to be purposefully avoiding a background check will be removed from the group immediately. If you encounter this activity, report it to an administrator.
5. Selling a firearm across state lines requires a FFL transfer. Any and all private sales of this type are illegal. Visit www.atf.gov for further information.
