This page is a great way to post items you would like to sell, keep an eye out for things you might be looking for, to trade items, to give away unwanted items you may have.This page is for Bismarck/ Mandan ND. & surrounding areas only! Guidelines:
1.) This page is to have *No Clothing Posted Please*. As there is another page for clothing only that is Bismarck/ Mandan* Online Garage Sale CLOTHES ONLY. Thanks!
2.) To post an item you are wanting to sell just select the photo button on the top & add a description & price. There is one picture to one description. There can be multiple like items in one picture if you are able to see the item clearly. If you want more pictures, you can put them in the comments section or PM them to someone.
3.) You may make a posting if you are having a garage sale. Let us know when, where & what you are selling. To make it easier for others to find your listing on your garage sale. You can list it under the Events tab. DELETE your listing on your garage sale when it's over with.
4.) Once an item has sold, please DELETE. thanks.
5.) No advertising of any business on the page at ALL! You will be deleted. This includes Pampered Chef, Scentsy, 31, Avon, etc to name a few if you are a consultant then you can't put it here. IF you have your own business then you cannot advertise that business on here either.
6.) Do Not Post the same item more than one time. If you'd like your item post to be seen again, make a comment such as "Still Available" or if you have reduced the price. Every time a post is commented it cycles back to the top forum. This is referred to as "bumping". PLEASE DO NOT BUMP YOU AD MORE THAN ONCE PER DAY. Posts that are excessively "bumped" will be deleted by administration at their discretion.
7.) Use personal messaging to keep the comments from filling the page. If you are asking about the item, Ok to use the comments. If you are arranging for pickup & payment please use Personal Messaging. The rest of the group doesn't need to know when & where details. Thanks!
We are in no way responsible for transactions you make here, we simply created this page to bring you all together to make finding things easier for all of you. We will not be a referee.... transactions are between you & the other party. However, if you have problems with members here, we would like to be notified by you and let us know the situation. We will consider banning of members if they have had too many complaints or if they do something extremely out of line.
