Started and formed in the name of Toques Blanches in 1977 ( White Hat ) and duly it’s name to The Chefs Association of Malaysia in 1986
The Chefs Association Of Malaysia (CAM), formed in 1977, is a non-profit organisation representing the voice and image of the Malaysian chefs as professionals to the public and government. We represent members in the industry between restaurants, public institutions and hotels. Our objective is to bring together the culinary professionals, create links of friendship and professional co-operation, and to promote and improve the art of cooking as well as to uphold and enhance the image of the chefs in Malaysia, both locally and internationally , on promoting the heritage of Malaysia and food products of it
