RULES:
**I reserve the right to delete you if you are not following the rules, it is your choice to join this page, you may remove yourself just as easily if you don't not like how this page is run. It's a privilege not an entitlement to be a part of this page.**
1. You can post UP TO 10 new items in a 24 hour period.
2. Only bump/comment intentionally 5 items OR 1 album in a 24 hour period.
3. If you are not from the Frankenmuth / Millington / Birch Run / Vassar / Bridgeport / Reese area DO NOT SELL OR BUY ON HERE, unless YOU are willing to drive to meet (FREE of CHARGE for delivery) in one of these areas. I cannot stress this enough!!!!!!!!!!!
4. Garage Sales.......
If you want to advertise a garage sale that is perfectly fine......... DO NOT list individual items on this site, only list general pics of the sale. Once the item is listed on this site it must follow the site rules.
5. When someone shows interest saying "INTERESTED" or "I'LL TAKE IT" or "WANT" or even "POSSIBLY INTERESTED" you must give them ample time (24 hours) to say they do not want it before moving on to second in line.
6. If you tag someone who may want the item and YOU put interested than the person tagging is the one who is responsible but if the tagged person confirms that they want the item in under 24 hours of being tagged then they will get the item if it was their turn in line.
7. No bidding - this is not Ebay, you list a price and if someone offers more you report them to me, do not accept more (although very tempting) that's not fair.
8. If you are selling - go in order or who said want or interested - I will delete you if you don't.
9. If you are interested in an item enough and are asking a question: PLEASE make sure to let the seller know you are interested on the post (NOT PM) PM'ing does not count as holding your place in line.......... for example: Interested, where are you located........ or I'm interested what is the size.......
***If you DO NOT say WANT or INTERESTED it DOES NOT hold your place in line.***
10. If someone makes an offer on an item that is less than asking price, this persons spot is held in line and is entitled to the item if they meet the sellers price before any other buyers.
11. No hand guns or rifles can be sold on this site.
12. At Home businesses may post one picture, one time in a 24 hour period. I will delete anything over this amount.
13. Once your item is SOLD, REMOVE it, if you cannot then tag me and ask me to remove it.
14. You must be at least 18 to be a member of this page.
15. You MUST list a description of your item INCLUDING a price - DO NOT list "make me an offer" if I see that I will remove the post.
16. If you are listing your item on another site (I strongly recommend you do not) you must put in the description POOS (posted on other sites).
17. If you block me - I delete you.
18. Post your item ONE TIME - DO NOT repost a pic of an item, bump the original post.
