All lets and sales are done at the owners/members risk .
Always ensure when buying a caravan/chalet that no money is exchanged until you are fully sure there are no hidden extra s .
Site owners usually charge a fee and permission is sought from the site owner that the sale is legitimate .and you sign your new pitch fee agreement at the site if you intend to keep it on the site
..Site owners also charge a fee if you wish to remove a newly purchased caravan from the site or wish to remove an existing caravan from the site.
